Commercial negotiations on Openreach's latest proposals for contract 3 deployment are entering their final stage.

A number of inaccuracies were contained in documents submitted by Openreach to us and this has unfortunately delayed the process.   We have now instructed Openreach to prepare a formal Change Request (CR).  This is a positive step forward in what have been challenging discussions with our supplier.  The CR will include a Change Impact Assessment (CIA) which will be subject to further analysis and agreement before being submitted to BDUK for them to complete their assurance checks.  Once the CR has been agreed by all parties we will be in a position to publish information about Contract 3 deployment.
